Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

At The Feline Advisor, we strive to ensure every purchase leaves you satisfied. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Please read our policy on returns, refunds, and exchanges carefully.


Returns

We only accept returns for defective or damaged items. If you believe your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item showing the defect or damage

Items eligible for return must meet these conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Note: As all our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns for reasons such as wrong size selection or change of mind. Please refer to our size charts before making a purchase.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued for the following cases:

  1. The item arrives damaged or defective.
  2. The wrong item was received.

If your refund request is approved, the following applies:

  • You will receive a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items returned without prior approval.
  • Incorrect size orders (please double-check size charts before purchasing).
  • Minor differences in color due to monitor display variations.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. Unfortunately, due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot process exchanges for different sizes, colors, or designs.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@thefelineadvisor.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
  3. Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as final sale.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
